Orders with Standard Shipping take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 2 p.m. ET will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Standard Shipping: Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 3 to 6 business days. All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Cost is $6 if the order is under $75. It is free for orders over $75.
What if I need my order sooner than this?
You can upgrade your shipping to Overnight for an additional fee.
Overnight Shipping / 1 Business Day: Orders placed with 1 business day must be confirmed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 pm ET. Credit card authorization and address verification must be obtained prior to shipping. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Cost is $28.
Winchester Storefront Pick Up:
We offer in store pickup for our local customers in Virginia at 28 W Piccadilly St, Winchester, VA, 22601!
- If your order is placed Monday - Friday before noon: it will be ready in the store by 3 pm the same day!
- If your order is placed Monday - Thursday after noon: it will be ready by 3 pm the day after the order is placed.
- If your order is placed Friday after noon - Sunday: it will be ready in the store the following Monday by 3 pm.
You will also receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up in store.
All in store pick ups must be picked up within 14 days or your order will be donated.
What happens if my package is never delivered or stolen?
Please contact email@example.com if your package is lost or stolen, and we will be happy to assist you in locating your package. You can also log on to www.usps.com to file a missing package or damaged package claim.
