We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your shopping experience at Simply Charming. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you are able to return within 14 days of your order’s arrival date.

At your convenience, you can ship your item back to us or bring it to the Winchester storefront!

Returns brought to the store or postmarked back to us within 14 calendar days of arrival date, according to the USPS.com tracking information provided at the time of shipment, are eligible for the full amount of the purchase in store credit in the form of gift card. Store credit never expires.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be provided upon confirmation and shipping of the package. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.

Items must be in their original form, unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant, and perfume free, and with original tags attached in order to receive a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, packed within another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.

 

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with a temporary discount code of 30% off or more
  • Intimates
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Sale items
  • Toiletry items; i.e. soaps, lotions, perfumes

Once delivered, returns will be processed within 7 days. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept return on any purchases.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR INCORRECT ORDERS:

Every item sent out has been checked by an employee, but mistakes do happen! Before you wear your item, please be sure to thoroughly check that it is free of damages! If you are to receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email a picture of the damage to hellosimplycharming@gmail.com. All reports must be made within 2 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. After the damage is reviewed, we will email you a prepaid return label. Once you’ve received the label, please send back the damaged or incorrect item within 14 days.

After the item has been worn, it is yours for good! Simply Charming is not liable for damage that has occurred as the item is being worn.

EXCHANGES:

Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return is received. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can:

  • Send the item back to us in its original form within 14 days. A store credit will be issued to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like.

* Before ordering multiple sizes of one item, please ask us so we can try and help you with the fit. You can always reach out to us before ordering with any questions you may have.

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

All purchases made between 11/23/18 and 12/24/18 must be postmarked by you on or before 1/10/19 to be returned. These returns must be in compliance with our return policy for store credit to be issued.
