Order Policy
 
Simply Charming Boutique guarantees all purchases and wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your items.  
 
We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit with 14 days of purchase when accompanied with a sales receipt.  All items must be unused and in good condition.
 

Simply Charming reserves the right to change prices and terms without notice.  All prices and products are subject to availability. 

 

Personalized items take an additional week for order time.  Personalized items may not be returned unless they are defective.  Engraving on monogram items is included in the price of the item. There is a $5 additional charge to engrave a date.

 

If an item is out of stock at the time of order Simply Charming will contact you for inventory updates with that item.  Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill.

 

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days (M-F).  Your credit card will not be charged until your package has shipped.

 

Sales Tax
A sales tax rate of 5% is added to all orders shipped to Virginia addresses.
